Don’t worry, your details are safe with us. We won’t sell your details to any third parties or spam the shit out of you.

However, by entering your information upon purchase,we may email you from time to time for current promotions or new products but this will be limited and will be the only information we collect from you.

Big Cartel, including its service providers, parent entity and affiliates, have accessto aggregated information related to our store customers in order for Big Cartel to analyze performance and make improvements to Big Cartel’s Services and products.

SHIPPING
  1. All orders are shipped after address confirmation.
  2. Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstance.
  3. Other shipping methods are available upon request, however, as we ship for free to Australia we send via registered post and will not be held responsible for loss or damage of your purchase.
  4. International Shipping Information is available upon request, but we ship to the US for $15AUS and everywhere else for $18AUS, except the Kiwi's over in NZ, we only charge our bro's $12AUS cause it's not as far
  5. It is YOUR responsibility to have your details on PayPal updated, if it has your old address and we have sent, then you have to find it. Once it leaves our hands there is not much we can do about it although we will try

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
  1. Returns will be accepted only if the return is sent within seven days of the delivery confirmation date.
  2. full refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping, will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped.
  3. There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier, that shit ain't our fault yo.
  4. You must notify us of any return so that we will be expecting your package. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused.
